NoFenders will ship in stock items the next business day of receipt of order.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for out of stock items.
These times can vary depending on manufacturer.

HOW do we ship?

NoFenders currently ships their products through Canada Post, or through local delivery,
at a reduced cost to the customer.


Recycling of packing materials?

NoFenders will make every attempt possible to ship all products in recycled "Green"
materials, and we encourage all of our customers to reuse and recycle all packaging
materials they receive.

What May Be Returned?
---------------------

Any unopened, or damaged item sold and fulfilled by NoFenders.com, may be returned
for a full refund, including incorrect items received, due to any genuine errors by
NoFenders.com. Any item that has obvious signs of use, may not be returned.

How Do Customers Return Items?
------------------------------

All items must be returned in original packaging, with all original items that were
sent in the package, including a copy of the original packaging slip and receipt.


When Do Items Need To Be Returned By?
-------------------------------------

All items to be returned, must be received by NoFenders.com within 15 days from the
date the customer received item.

Shipping For Returns?
---------------------

If item returned is returned as a result of damage, or a genuine NoFenders.com error,
the cost of the original shipping charges will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for shipping on returns for all other items.

Items that are returned for reasons other than a genuine NoFenders.com error, or as a
result of damage will be subject to a $5.00 restocking charge.


Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of returns.

NoFenders.com reserves the right to modify or change this return policy at any time.
The changes will be posted.
