Dani Clos with Trident Racing in Abu Dhabi

Trident Racing is ready to resume their track activity with the 2009/2010 GP2 Asia Series' second round on the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi on February 5th and 6th. On this occasion, Spaniard Dani Clos and GP2 Series podium finisher in 2009 joins the team and Bulgarian Plamen Kralev.

The team have also announced that they will soon reveal their line-up for GP2 Series 2010 season.

Maurizio Salvadori, Team Principal & Owner said: "We are really happy to have the opportunity to see Dani in one of our cars. The first GP2 Asia Series race in November showed Trident to be very competitive and I think Clos is a very fast driver. Surely it will not be easy for him to close the gap with the drivers who have already run in Abu Dhabi for 2 test days and one race week-end, but I am confident that Dani will find the right feeling with the car and with our team very quickly".
