AFS Racing/Andretti Green Racing Firestone Indy Lights Qualifying Report
Kansas Lottery 300 - Kansas Speedway KANSAS CITY, Kansas - AFS/AGR #26 driver J.R. Hildebrand will start from the fourth position for the Kansas Lottery 100 Firestone Indy Lights race on Sunday. Hildebrand had a best-lap speed of 186.737 miles per hour. Hildebrand's teammate, Sebastian Saavedra, driver of the #27 AFS/AGR car, will start in the second position. Saavedra posted a best-lap speed of 187.308 miles per hour. Coverage of the Kansas Lottery 100 can be seen on Versus on Monday, April 26, 2009, starting at 4 p.m. (EDT). J.R. Hildebrand #26 AFS/AGR driver: "It was a decent day for the #27 car. I was hoping to hold on to the pole, but starting on the second row is not bad. I hope to get the AFS/AGR car up front and defend my win from last year." Sebastian Saavedra #27 AFS/AGR driver: "It was a great run for my team. We knew the time to beat was going to be really close. I've been really happy all weekend knowing that the car was great. The AFS/AGR guys did an awesome job with the set up. Now our focus will be the race."
